Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are per apartment per day and taxes are added separately. Prices are subject to change during the year and special offers are available at various times.
  • Cancellation Policy : Full refund 5 days prior to arrival
  • As with all holidays, travel insurance is strongly recommended. ​
  • Every apartment has a microwave oven but not a convection oven.
  • The cleaning service charged covers a change of towels on the 4th day and a full change of bedlinen/ towels and cleaning on the 7th day. Additional cleaning service can be provided at an extra cost . please enquire in advance.
  • Reception opens four hours on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 10:30am till 2:30pm (opening hours may be subject to change). 
  • If you were to arrive after reception opening hours, please contact us by email or telephone 72 hours prior to arrival so as to receive the access code to the key’s-box.
  • There’s NO smoking throughout the building.
  • Access to the upstairs apartments is only possible through the staircase since there’s no lift. There are only two steps leading to the ground floor apartments.
  • Unfortunately, our premises are not adapted to special needs access.
  • No pets allowed, sorry.
  • You can email or message us via What’sApp and we’ll be happy to help. 
  • Pull out sofas: Any more than two guests in 1 bedroom apartments, or four guests in 2 bedroom apartments will be charged an additional 18€ per night per person.
  • Extras are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid separately during your stay.
